I am responsible for listing properties, communicating with sellers regarding feedback and market conditions, negotiating all contracts, and networking with other Realtors.  I also work closely with our buyer clients, determining their needs and helping to find their dream homes.  Prior to real estate I managed the design department for a Fortune 500 company.  The corporate world equipped me with acute marketing and negotiation skills, attentive customer service, and creative problem solving abilities; all of which are critical elements to the home buying and selling process.

Leah provides in-home consultations to teach our sellers how to prepare their home to show at its absolute best.  She utilizes staging techniques that tap into the emotional side of a broad range of buyers to make certain our sellers get better offers and sell faster.







Sandy works closely with the team to ensure we are continually providing exceptional advertising for our clients to ensure that their properties stand out with buyers.  She helps create our fantastic fliers, invitations, advertisements, other marketing materials.  She also assists with our advertising campaign to keep Carlisle Realty Group's name front and center in the marketplace.
